필리핀에서 차량을 운영하면서....

 

악명(?) 높은 필리핀경찰로부터 피해를 조금이라도 피해 볼수 있었으면 하는 차원에서....ㅋ

 

* Vaolations in Connection With License(면허관련 위반)

 

- Driving without a license;(무면허 운전) : P 750.00

- Driving with delinquent, invailid, suspended, ineffectual, revoked or improper license;
  (유효기간 종료, 면허정지, 면허취소등 비정상 면허로 운전하는 행위) : P 300.00

- Failure to show or surrender driver's license for cause upon due demand by person with
  authority to confiscate;(면허증 제시 요구 불이행) : P 150.00

- Failure to carry driver's license when operating motor vehicle;(면허미소지 운전) : P 150.00

- Failure to sign driver's license;(면허증에 소지자의 사인이 없을경우) : P 150.00

- Driving while under the influence of liquor prohibited drug for the 2nd offense,
  Fine plus 1year suspension subsequent violation revocation of driver's license; : P 2,000.00
  (불법마약 및 음주운전할때, 2번째 위반시 벌금 + 1년간 면허정지:연이은 위반시 면허취소)

- Allowing an unlicensed/improperly licesed person to drive MV;
  (무면허 또는 적법한 면허를 소지하고 운전시-차주벌칙) : P 750.00

- Possession and use of fake driver's license. If the driver has been issued an authentic
  license, the same shall be confiscated and suspended for 6 months in addition to fine.
  If the driver has not been issued an authentic license, he shall not be qualified to
  secure driver's license for a period of six(6) months in addition to the fine driver.;
  (가짜면허소지 운전시:운전자가 정상면허를 가지고 있어도 벌금과 6개월 면허압수정지,
                       운전자가 정상면허가 없을면 벌금외 6개월간 면허취득자격 상실) : P 1,500.00

- Allowing another person to use his driver's license-confiscation and suspension for
  one(1) month;(면허증을 대여한 경우-면허증 압수와 1개월 정지) : P500.00

- Use and involvement of MV by the driver in the commission of a crime-in case od court
  conviction, automatic revocation of driver's license; : P 1,500.00
  (형사사건 유죄확정 받은자에 의해 자동차의 사용 및 범죄에 연관된것, 자동면허 취소)

- Student driver operating a MV without being accompanied by a licensed driver;
  (학생면허소지자가 무면허 운전자와 동승하여 운전하는 행위) : P 200.00

- Unlicensed conductor;(무면허 차장) : P 300.00

- Expired driver's license;(유효기간 이 넘어간 운전면허증) : P 375.00

 

* Violations Related to Registration;(등록과 관련된 위반)

 

- Operating a MV which is unregistered/improperly registered delinquent or with invalid
  registration. If driver is also the owner, MV shall be impounded until properly registered;
  (미등록, 미갱신, 등록무효 차량을 운행하는 행위, 차량은 적법 등록시까지 압류) : P 900.00

- A operating MV with unregistered substitute or replacement engine, engine block or chassis,
  change color, change body or configuration. In addition, MV shall be properly impounded
  until such parts are properly registered;
  (등록증과 다른 엔진이나 차대번호, 색상, 차대나 구조를 바꾸어 운행하는 행위,
  각 부품을 등록증과 같이 할때까지 차량 압류) P 500.00

- Failure to carry in the MV the certificate of registration(CR) and Official Receipt(OR)
  (original or photocopies);
  (차량등록증과 영수증 미소지 운행) : P 150.00

- Operating/allowing the operation of MV with a suspended/revoked Certificate of Registration(CR),
  MV impounded or its plates held during period of suspended/revocation;
  (정지 또는 취소된 등록증 또는 번호판으로 운행) : P 450.00

- Tourist operaing a non-Philippine registered MV beyond 90 days period of his sojourn.
  MV shall not be allowed to operate until properly registered. Tourist;
  (여행자가 90일이상 필리핀에 등록되지 않은 차량을 운행, 차량압류) : P 1,500.00

 

* Violations Relating to Number of Plates and Stickers;(번호판.스티커와 관련된 위반)

 

- MV number plates not firmly attached and visibe;(번호판이 덜렁거리거나 잘보이지않음) : P 150.00

- Dirty od uncared for plates;(더럽거나 관리소홀) P 150.00

- Inconspicuously displaced plates in front and rear;(앞뒤번호판이 안보이는곳에 부착) : P 150.00

- No sticker showing current registration driver;(당해년 등록 스티커 미부착) P 150.00

- License plates different from body operator number on public utility vehicle owner;
  (차대번호와 다른 면허 번호판을 부착) P 450.00

- Removing MV plates(permanent) to accommodate a better display of commmemorative/other plates;
  (기념번호판이나 별개의 번허판을 장착하기위해 원래 번호판을 제거한 행위) P 500.00

- Display of expired commemorative/other plates/stickers;
  (기간이 지난 기념/별개의 번호판 부착시) P 200.00

- Tampered/Marked Plates/stickers owner;(손대거나 조작이 있는 번호판/스티커) : P 300.00

- A illegal transfer and use of MV plates/tags or stickers from one MV ot another except
  security plates on authorized vehicle owner/operator are conclusively presumed to have
  caused or permit such illegal transfer and liable to fine. Driver of MV involved in
  illegal transfer of plates 1 month suspension of driver's license. Driver/owner;
  (등록되지 않은 번호판, 스티커등을 다른차량으로 불법 전용/사용시 1개월 면허정지) : P 7,500.00

- If MV is used and involved in commission of a crime, penalty plus motor vehicle impounded;
  (위의 불법차량을 이용한 범죄행위시:차량 압류) : P 10,000.00

- Illegal use of commemorative plates without proper authority;
  (위의 불법차량에 허가없이 기념번호판 사용시) : P 5,000.00

 

* Violations Relative to Equipment, Parts, Accessories, Devices and Markings;
  (표싯, 부착물, 액세사리, 부품, 부대장치와 관련된 위반)

 

- Operating MV with metallic tires on any public highway;
  (국도에서 금속 타이어 장착 운행시) : P 150.00

- Defective brakes;(마모된 브레이크 사용) P 150.00

- Improper/defective horn;(부적당한/고장난 경적 사용) : P 150.00

- Signaling device;(고장난 시그날 라이트) : P 150.00

- Unnecessary light visible in front of vehicle;(차량전면에 불필요한 전등) : P 150.00

- Missing or defective headlights/Taillight;(전조등/미등 고장) P 150.00

- Missing or red rear light at both/each side visible at least 100m from vehicle;
  (뒤쪽 미등 및 삼각대 미소지) P 150.00

- Missing or defective plate light;(번호판등 고장) : P 150.00

- Missing or defective brake lights;(브레이크등 고장) P 150.00

- Missing or defective wiper on the windshield;(창문닦이 고장) : P 150.00

- Missing cut/disconnected muffler(머플러 소실이나 고장) : P 150.00

- Dirty/unsightly or dilapidated MV in addition, confiscation of plates until defects
  are corrected;(더럽고, 보기흉하고, 낡은 차량) : P 150.00

- Failure to paint or improper painting of authorized route or painting of unauthorized route of PUJ;
  (대중교통구잔의 차량이 허가난 방식과 허가받은 방식으로 도색된것) : p 375.00

- Non-painting of business or trade name. Confiscation of plates until defects are corrected;
  (회사나 사업체 명의 미표기, 시정될땨까지 번호판 압류) : p 150.00

- Use of unauthorized improvised plates;(허가없이 임의의 번호판 사용) : P 150.00

- Use of improvised plates to make MV appear as for hire owner;
  (영업용으로 보이도록 임의로 만든 번호판 사용) : P 1,500.00

- Without name or business name and address inscribed on both sides of MV used for pubric
  services. Confiscation of plates until proper markings are made;
  (차량의 양 측면에 새겨진 이름 즉, 회사면과 주소가 없는경우-번호판 압류) : P150.00

- Without spare tire(미장착 보조 타이어) : P 150.00

- Unauthorized bell sirens or exhausts whistle on emergency. Said gadgets shall be confiscated;
  (불법 경적, 싸이렌, 비상용 차량의 경적의 사용) : P 150.00

- Without red flag or red lights on projecting end of load extending more than a meter beyond
  the bed or body and in the evening, red lights visible at least 50 meters away driver;
  (적재함에서 1미터이상 튀어나온 적재물에 적색등이나 깃발을 달지 않은경우, 또는 밤에 운행시
   적어도 50미터 밖에서도 보일수 있는 적색 등을 설치 하지 않은경우) : P 150.00

- Failure to paint appropriate body number on a MV for hire on both sides;
  (영업용차량 양쪽에 일련번호를 표기하지 않았을 경우) : P 375.00

- Failure to carry EWD;(안전 삼각대 미구비) : P 100.00

- Failure to install EWD 4 meter away to the front and rear of the stalled/disabled MV;
  (차량 운행 불가시 전후방 4 미터에 안전삼각대 미 설치) : P 300.00

- Without capacity marlings owner/operator;(적재용량/승차인원 미표기) P 150.00

- Failure to wear safety belt while operating motor vehicle or while riding on front passenger;
  seat(운전중 운전자 및 앞자리 승객의 안전벨트 미착용) P 300.00

- Failure to post signage instructing passengers of public motor vehicle required to wear
  seat belts to "FASTEN SEAT BELTS";(안전벨트 착용하라는 알림표시 미부착) P 300.00

- Without permanent tail guge or failure to put "NOT FOR HIRE" sign in a private jeepney/jitney;
  (자가용 지프니의 후미에 경고 표시가 없거나 "비영업용" 표시가 없을때) P 300.00

- Load extending beyond projeted without permit;(적재함 넘어 적재시) P 200.00

- Operating MV with wheel axle. or axle group loads in excess of the limits in Sec 9,
  RA 4136 or any regulation without permit;(필리핀 도로교통법 4136항에 의거 혹은 허가없이
  차축 혹은 전후축의 최대 중량을 넘는 과적 운행) P 150.00

- Operating MV with total weight of cargo carrying device on passenger truck including
  cargo exceeding 100 kilos;(승객용트럭에 화물운반장치의 100키초과 화물 적재 운행) P 150.00

- Allowing more passengers and/or more freight or cargo in his vehicle more than the
  registered carrying capacity.(if PUV, imposed upon conductor);
  (과적 또는 초과 정원 초과시) : P 150.00

- Baggage or freight carried on top of truck exceeds 20 kilos per sq. meter and not distributed
  in such a manner as not to endanger the passenger or stability of the truck;
  (트럭이나 승객을 위험을 생각지 않게 적재하거나 평방미터당 20키로를 초과하여 지붕에 적재) P 150.00

 

* Violations Relative to Frauds and Falsities;(가짜 또는 위조에 관련 위반)

 

- Use of invalid/delinquent/suspended/revoked/fake license, identification card or permit;
  (무효 또는 연장, 중지, 취소, 가짜인 면허나 허가증등의 사용) : P 1,000.00 ~ P 3,000.00

- Fake CR, OR, plates, tags or sticker/spurious document;
  (가짜 등록증, 영수증, 번호판, 인증, 스티커 등의 서류 사용) : P 1,000.00 ~ P 3,000.00

- Misrepresenting a copy of a document before the traffic adjudication service(TAS);
  (TAS(교통통제소)에 서류 사본을 잘못 제시하는 행위) : P 1,000.00

 

* Violations Related to Parking and Drivers;(주차에 관련 위반)

 

- Parking within an intersection;(교차로주차) : P 150.00

- Parking on a crosswalk;(건널목 주차) : P 150.00

- Parking within 5m of the intersectiom of curb lines;(커브가 있는 교차로 5미터이내 주차) P 150.00

- Parking within 4m of the driveway entrance to any fire station;
  (소방서 진입 4미터 이내 주차) : P 150.00

- Parking within 4m of a fire hydrant;(소화전 4미터이내 주차) : P 150.00

- Parking in front of a private highway;(개인주택앞 간선도로 주차) : P 150.00

- Parking on the roadway side of any unmoving or parked at the curb or edge of highway;
  (차량흐름에 방해가 되는 고속도로 양옆 혹은 커브나 갓길에 주차) : P 150.00

- Parking at any place where official signs of prohibition have been erected;
  (공식적인 금지 간판이 있는 곳에 주차) : P 150.00

- Double parking;(이중 주차) : P 150.00

- allowing a passenger on top or cover of vehicle;(본넷이나 지붕에 승차시) : P 150.00

- Allowing a passenger to ride on running board, step board or mudguard of MV while it is in
  motion;(발판, 흙받이등에 승차시키는 행위) : P 150.00

- Disregarding traffic signs;(신호무시) : P 150.00

- Failure to use helmet while, driving/riding a motorcycle;(헬멧미착용) : P 150.00

- Reckless driving-1st offense;(난폭(부주의한) 운전-1차) : P 150.00

- 2nd offense and suspension of driver's license(2차-면허중지) : P 750.00

- 3rd offense and revocation of driver's license(2차-면허취소) : P 1,000.00

- Arrogance or discourtesy;(거만/무례한 운전자) : P 150.00

- Failure to dim headlight;(지나치게 밝은 전조등) : P 150.00

- Driving in slippers or sleeveless shirt;(슬리퍼나 나시입고 운전-영업용) : P 100.00

- Driving in a place not for traffic;(운전을 위한 장소가 아니곳에서 운전) : P 100.00

- Parking in a place not for parking;(주차를 위한 장소가 아닌곳에 주차) : P 100.00

- Failure to give way to police or fire department vehicle or ambulance;
  (경찰차, 소방차, 병원 앰블란스에 양보하지 않는 행위) : P 100.00

- Hitching or permitting a person on a bicycle or roller skates ot hitch to the vehicle;
  (자전거나 롤러스케이트를 타는 사람을 차에 태우기 위해 당기거나 동승자에게 허락하는 행위) : P 100.00

 

* Violations of Traffic(기타 교통법규 위반)

 

- Color cording(차량 5부제 위반) : P 300.00

- Illegal turn;(불법 회전) : P 150.00

- Driving against traffic/counter flow;(역주행/도로의흐름에 반대로 주행) : P 2,000.00

- Illegal overtaking;(불법 추월) : P 150.00

- Overtaking at an unsafe distance;(근접 추월) : P 150.00

- Cutting an overtaking vehicle;(추월 당한차량의 진로를 방해한 행위) : P 150.00

- Failure to give way to an overtaking vehicle;(추울하는 차의 진로 방해) : P 150.00

- Increasing speed when being overtaken;(추월 당할때 속도를 높이는 행위) : P 150.00

- Overtaking when left side is not visible or clear driver;
  (왼쪽시야가 확보되지 않거나 불분명할때 추월하는 행위) : P 150.00

- Overtaking on a crest of a grade;(언덕진곳에서 추월) : P 150.00

- Failure to yield to pedestrians at a crosswolk;(건널목에서 보행자 미양보) : P 150.00

- Failure to come to a complete stop at a through street;(미정지후 길을 가로 지를때) : P 150.00

- Failure to come to a complete stop at a stop intersection;(교차로 미정지) : P 150.00

- Failure to yield to the right of way coming from a private road or driveway;
  (주택가/주택 진입로에서 나오는 오른쪽 방향의 차량에 양보하지 않을때) : P 150.00

- Failure to give proper turn/stop signals;(좌우회전/정지신호 등의 미 작동) : P 150.00

- Failure to stop motor vehicle and apply handbrake when unattended;
  (운전중 이탈시 시동의 정지 또는 핸그 브레이크 미조작) : P 150.00

- Causing an obstruction to traffic;(교통방해 유발시) : P 150.00
